Orb Arena is a free browser game. You don't need an account to play.

To improve the game, we record anonymous gameplay events in our database:

• a page visit;
• a round start;
• a game over, with your score and survival time;
• a random session ID (not linked to you);
• campaign or referral parameters from the link you used (such as utm_source);
• your browser's user agent.

We do not collect your name, email address or other personal information. Your nickname stays on your device.

Your progress, settings and stats are saved in your browser's localStorage. When you play on CrazyGames, your progress is saved through CrazyGames' save system instead, and CrazyGames' own privacy policy applies there. You can clear your progress at any time with "Reset progress" in the lobby or through your browser settings.

In the future, the game may show ads from Google (AdSense / H5 Games Ads). Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.

Players in the EEA and UK will be asked for consent where required.

If optional purchases are offered on this website, payment is processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record. We never see your payment details; we store only an anonymous player ID and the status of your purchase.

Messages you send via our contact form (name, email and message) are stored in our database so we can reply.

Orb Arena is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, consistent with our Terms of Service.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
