Orb Arena is a free browser game. By playing it you agree to these terms. No account is required.

Optional purchases are cosmetic items or perks. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-transferable. Orb Arena has no virtual currency.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions such as the Season Pass renew automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time using the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt email; cancellation stops future renewals.

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, disrupt the service, attempt to access systems you're not authorised to, or use offensive nicknames.

We may update, change or discontinue parts of the game at any time. We try to keep it available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Orb Arena is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed; continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
