About Orb Arena
Last updated: November 4, 2026
Orb Arena is a free browser game inspired by the classic "eat to grow" .io games, with a battle-royale twist: every round lasts three minutes and a shrinking neon Storm ring forces every orb towards the same small patch of the arena.
What the game is
You start as a small glowing orb in a large dark arena filled with food orbs and ten computer-controlled rivals. Eat food to grow, eat rivals that are at least 25% smaller than you, split to lunge or escape, and stay inside the safe ring. The goal is simple to learn: finish the round as the last or biggest orb.
Rounds are short on purpose. Three minutes is long enough for a comeback and short enough to play one more on a coffee break. Between rounds you earn XP, level up and unlock new skins and trails for your orb.
Who it is for
Orb Arena is for anyone who likes quick, readable arcade games. There is no tutorial to sit through and no account to create. Beginners get a forgiving start — safe spawn points, a short spawn shield and calmer rivals in the first 45 seconds — while experienced players can chase wins, high mass records and the rarer achievement skins.
Free, instant, no sign-up
The game runs directly in your web browser. Open the page, type a nickname if you like, pick a colour and press Play. Your progress (best mass, XP, unlocked cosmetics) is kept on your device, so there is nothing to register. Optional reward boosts are currently free on our website.
Desktop and mobile
On a computer you steer with the mouse and split with the Space bar. On phones and tablets a floating joystick and a Split button appear automatically. Visual effects such as trails reduce themselves when a device struggles, so the game stays smooth on older phones.
Where you can play
You can play on this website, and Orb Arena is also prepared for game portals such as CrazyGames, where it starts straight into a round.
How updates happen
Orb Arena is developed in small, frequent updates. Each one focuses on something concrete — the Storm round, a gentler first minute for new players, cosmetics and levels, smoother portal support. Every change is listed on the updates page. Ideas and bug reports are welcome through the contact form.
